Santiment Draws Attention to Bitcoin and These Five Altcoins: "The Number of Investors Increased Significantly in 2023!"

While approval is awaited for spot Bitcoin ETFs, one of the focus points of 2024, the famous cryptocurrency platform Santiment shared the altcoins that experienced the most network growth in 2023.

While Bitcoin ranked first in the network growth list, BTC was followed by Ethereum (ETH), XRP, Cardano (ADA), Dogecoin (DOGE) and Chainlink (LINK).

Accordingly, Santiment stated that some crypto networks also recorded significant growth in the first week of 2024, and added that the number of wallets with more than zero tokens increased.

According to Santiment data, BTC and ETH have a total of 52.6 million and 112.1 million owners, respectively, while XRP has 4.9 million; ADA’s 4.5 million; DOGE has 5.7 million owners and LINK has 711 thousand owners.

Additionally, according to the data, ETH ranked first with 54% network growth in the last year, while ADA ranked second with 38% network growth.

BTC ranked third with a growth of 32%, XRP ranked fourth with 26%, DOGE ranked fifth with 22%, and LINK ranked last with a growth of 11%.

At this point, analysts stated that the increase observed in the number of Bitcoin, Ethereum and Cardano investors is compatible with the price increases experienced in 2023.
